We strive for a 15 business day production time for custom area rugs. This can be impacted by manufacturing delays and production delays during peak periods. We will do our best to inform you of any anticipated production or shipping delays.
All rugs go through Quality Assurance and Packaging before being shipped. Smaller rugs (8x10 or less) are shipped via UPS and generally take 2-7 business days for shipping. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carrier and shipping can take anywhere from a few days to weeks, depending on delivery location. If White Glove delivery is not selected, be prepared to assist in unloading your freight delivery. Any additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes but is not limited to additional charges for deliveries to rural and remote areas, white glove service, areas in New York and similar densely populated areas, and addresses determined to be undeliverable. The free shipping covers curbside delivery. Any additional delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer/receiving party and will be billed to the form of payment on file. You will be contacted if additional charges apply. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will incur extra charges for freight. You will be contacted if such charges are applicable.
Quick Ship rug orders will usually ship within 5 business days of order receipt.

You will receive a call from our carriers to schedule a convenient 4-hour delivery window. Upon arrival, rugs are delivered into your home, placed in the room of your choice (including up or down one flight of stairs), unpacked, packaging is removed, and rug is rolled out (furniture will not be moved). Note deliveries to remote/isolated areas and to congested metropolitan cities (such as New York City) require a surcharge that will depend on the location. Deliveries up or down more than one flight of stairs require an additional surcharge (please indicate if you require more than one flight of stairs).You will be contacted prior to shipping if a surcharge is warranted.
